محدودیت های آموزش از راه دور: - نبودانگیزه برای تمرین ها و دوره های طولانی مدت آموزشی - نبود قوانین مدون وکافی -شکاف پهنای باند - عدم برقراری تعاملات انسانی در سطح بالا
مدلی برای تحلیل آموزش از راه دور: Capabi : انعطاف پذیری آن از حیث زمان، مکان، تعداد یادگیرندگان- بی نیازی از فضاهای آموزشی و هزینه های جاری سنگین(حقوق کارکنان و....)- دسترسی آسان و سریع به حجم بالای اطلاعات – فرصت های جذاب یاد گیری و فرایند آموزشی غنی و....... limit : نیاز به باند اینترنتی قوی، پشتیبانی امنیتی، امکانات فنی، تکنولوژی ارتباطات- وابستگی آن به علاقه مندی و اراده قوی و نیز فعالیت مستمر از طرف فراگیر – محدویت های ناشی از قوانین جاری و فرهنگ بومیو... چالش های پیش روی آموزش از راه دور: * تامین زیر ساخت های سیاسی- اجتماعی لازم جهت پذیرش مدارک فارغ التحصیلان این دوره ها. * " " فرهنگی – اجتماعی لازم جهت هماهنگی فرهنگ بومی و قوانین جاری با فرهنگ جهانی. * " " تربیتی – شناختی جهت تاکید دوره ها بر سطوح بالای یادگیری از جمله خلاقیت و... وایجاد اراده راسخ و فعالیت مستمر در فراگیران. *تامین زیر ساخت های آموزشی – تربیتی جهت تهیه طراحی آموزشی و ارزشیابی و سنجش آموزش خاص این دوره ها به عنوان بخشی از فرایند یاددهی – یادگیری. * تامین زیر ساخت های فنی و تکنولوژیکی در سطح کشور( جهت بهره مندی مناطق محروم و خانواده های کم برخودار) بمنظور جلوگیری ازایجاد شکاف طبقاتی و عواقب روانی مترتب بر آن. پیشنهاد: به نظر می رسد سرمایه گذاری برای اینگونه دوره ها با تاکید بر اجرای آن برای موسسات اجرایی و صنعت باشد، بیشتر کارساز خواهد بود زیرا: -فرگیران آن انگیزه کافی جهت ادامه فعالیت دارند، زیرا در ارتقاء شغلی آنان موثر است. -امکانات لازم در سازمانها فراهم است. -چنانچه در راستای نیاز سازمان یا صنعت باشد با اسقبال خوبی مواجه خواهد بود. -یادگیری سریعا به عملکرد تبدیل و موجب بهره وری در سازمان میگردد.
